The Trustee respects your privacy and is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”).  The Trustee may collect, hold and use personal information for the purposes of managing the Fund and the Unitholders’ interests in it.  The Trustee uses a variety of physical and electronic security measures, including restricting physical access to its offices and firewalls and secure databases, to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.

You have a right to access any personal information that the Trustee holds about you.  Please contact the Trustee to request access to such information or if you have a complaint concerning your information privacy. The Trustee may deny your request in some circumstances and, if it does, will tell you why.


None of the Trustee, the Manager or any of their officers, employees, advisers, affiliates or related entities guarantees the success of the Fund, the repayment of capital invested in the Fund nor any particular rate of return on investments in the Fund.
